It depends on how much space your stuff takes up in the truck. A single item is the least; a full truckload is the most, and it's our best per-volume rate. Labor, loading, hauling, and dump fees are always included. Text us a photo and we'll give you a range.

No. Never. In person or from photos. No trip fee, no quote fee. If you don't like the number, we shake hands and leave.

Payment is due when the job's done.

No. We're haulers, not resellers. If something's valuable, we'll tell you so you can sell it yourself first.

Tires have a small disposal fee. Pianos, safes, and hot tubs are quoted individually. Everything else is in the one price.

For the estimate, it helps, but photos work too. For the job, we need someone there to point out what goes and to say yes to the price. After that you can go run errands.

No. That's what you're paying us for. Point at it. If you want to set aside things you're keeping, that's the only prep.

Anywhere you need. Basements, attics, upstairs bedrooms. Stairs are fine.

Yes, if you've told us clearly what's there and we've already agreed on a price.

We've done them. We're not going to judge, and we'll work at the pace you need. Text or call and we'll talk it through privately.

We still come, unless the roads are bad. We'll text you if we need to move it.

Everything else goes to the transfer station. We don't leave anything at the curb.
