What we collect
When you fill out our estimate form, call, or text us, we get the information you give us: your name, phone number, email if you include it, your city or ZIP, and whatever you tell us about the job, including photos. Our website may also collect standard technical information like your browser type and pages visited, through our web host's standard server logs.
How we use it
To give you an estimate, schedule and do the job, send you an invoice, and follow up about your job. If you leave a review, we may quote it on our site with your first name and city. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Text messages
If you text us or give us your number, we'll text you about your estimate and your job. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop.
Photos
Photos you send us are used to estimate your job. Before-and-after photos we take on the job are used on our website and social media only with your permission, and never show your address or house number.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the two of us, except the services we use to run the business — our email provider and our website host — and only as needed to do the work.
