Most garages don't fill up in a day. It's a box here, a broken bike there, the stuff from the last move that never got unpacked. Then one winter you realize the car hasn't been inside in three years.
That's the job we do more than any other. It's in our name.
Here's how it goes. You text us a photo or we swing by. We give you one price for the whole thing — labor, loading, hauling, dump fees, all of it. If you say yes, we start right then. You stand there and point: keep, go, keep, go. We carry everything out, load the truck, and sweep the floor before we leave. Most garages take one visit. The really packed ones take two loads, and we'll tell you that before we start.
You don't sort anything ahead of time. You don't bag anything. If there are things you want to keep, we set them aside where you tell us. If we find something that looks important — paperwork, photos, a box of someone's things — we'll ask before it goes on the truck.
When we're done, you'll have a floor you can see. Most people park in it that night.

How long does a garage cleanout take?
Most take a single visit. A two-car garage packed to the door might take a second load. We'll tell you before we start.
Can I keep some things?
Yes. That's the whole point of being there. Point at what stays and we work around it. A lot of people keep more than they expected once they can see it all.
Do you take the shelving too?
If you want it gone, yes — metal racks, wood shelves, wall cabinets. If you're keeping it, we'll clear around it.
Do I need to be there?
Someone needs to be there to point and to say yes to the price. After that you can go run errands.
