If family is coming from out of town, we can work around their dates. If the house needs to be empty by a certain day, tell us and we'll plan for it.

What it costs

Do I need to be there?
Someone from the family should be there at the start to walk us through. After that, it's up to you. Some people stay; some find it easier not to.
What if we're still deciding on some things?
Tell us. We'll clear everything else and leave the undecided items in one room. You can call us back for a second pass.
Can you work with a realtor or executor instead of me?
Yes. Give us their name and number and we'll coordinate directly.
How long does an estate cleanout take?
Most are one to two days depending on the size of the house. We'll give you a firm price and a timeline after the walkthrough.
