The plain terms for using this site and booking a job with us.

Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A ballpark from photos is a ballpark; the firm price is the one we give you in person before we start. Once you accept the firm price, that's the price, unless you add items after we've quoted.
What we take
We haul the items you point out to us. We can't take hazardous materials (see our What We Take page). If we find something during the job we're not able to take, we'll tell you and leave it in place.
Your stuff
Once an item goes on our truck, it's ours to dispose of, donate, or recycle as we see fit. Please make sure anything you want to keep is set aside before we load. Check drawers and pockets. We flag documents, photos, and obvious valuables when we notice them, but we can't guarantee we'll catch everything.
Access and safety
You agree to give us safe access to the items. If a job turns out to involve conditions we didn't know about (structural hazards, biohazards, animals), we may stop and re-quote or decline.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is done, by the methods we agree on when we quote the job.
Cancellations
Life happens. Just call or text us as early as you can.
