We come the day before the walkthrough — or the day of, if that's what it takes — and haul what the movers wouldn't. Then we sweep so you hand over the keys clean.
Moving in? Same thing in reverse. The last owners left a shed full of junk and an old fridge in the garage. Text us a photo before your furniture arrives and we'll have it gone.
One price, quoted before we start. If you're on a deadline, tell us the date and we'll hold the slot.

What it costs

Can you come the same day as my walkthrough?
Text us as early as possible with the time and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Can you do this while I'm not there?
If you leave a garage code or a door unlocked and tell us clearly what goes, yes. We'll text you photos when we're done.
What about the stuff the previous owner left?
